4. Rescheduling & Transfers

Appointments (Readings & Healings)

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule
• Requests within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the session

Courses & Events

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to request a transfer
• Transfers are subject to availability
• Limited to one transfer per booking

5. Non-Attendance

Failure to attend a scheduled session, reading, healing, or course will result in forfeiture of your booking.

No refunds or credits will be issued.

If a service, session, or course is cancelled or rescheduled by Elysura Wellness, you will be offered:

• A full refund, or
• The option to transfer to a new date or service
