Reiki Level I is the beginning of a powerful journey into energy, healing and deeper self-connection.

In this course with me at Elysura, you will be gently guided into the world of Reiki and learn how to connect with universal life force energy for healing — both for yourself and for others. Through a blend of traditional Reiki teachings and intuitive guidance, you will begin to awaken your natural ability to feel and work with energy.

During Reiki I, you will receive your Reiki attunement, learn foundational hand positions, and begin practising Reiki in a supportive and welcoming environment. You will also explore the principles of Reiki and how this beautiful healing energy can bring greater balance, clarity and calm into your everyday life.

Many people feel called to Reiki without fully knowing why — only that something within them is ready to awaken.

Reiki Level II is where your connection to Reiki deepens and your confidence as a practitioner truly begins to grow.

In this level with me at Elysura, you will expand your understanding of energy and step into a more powerful way of working with Reiki. This training builds on the foundations of Reiki I and introduces sacred Reiki symbols that amplify and focus the flow of healing energy.

You will receive your Reiki Level II attunement and begin learning how to work with Reiki on a deeper energetic level, including sending healing across distance, time and space. Your intuition, sensitivity to energy and trust in your abilities will continue to strengthen as you practise and experience Reiki in new ways.

Many students find this level incredibly activating — not only for their healing work with others, but for their own personal and spiritual growth.
